So I had a chance to check this lecture out and it was pretty amazing to see the creative process of both Paul from KR and Mark from ilovedust. To go from a very basic inkiling of an idea to a fully realized 3d toy or an amazing colored piece of graphic art is quite a task, but they broke it down for the full house. Just a quick update on how the film's coming along. I recently got to interview Paul Budnitz, founder of Kidrobot, who produce vinyl toys, apparel and other lifestyle stuff. It was a real treat to get his perspective on things since they've been in the toy game for quite some time. I'm doing my final interview next week and after that it's a race to the finish line in Decemeber!
